Job Summary

Vantiva is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Vantiva remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and sales materials to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
