We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer product questions and provide information on product features, pricing, and availability
- Resolve general customer queries and escalate to the Team Leader if necessary
- Carry out telesales campaigns to existing customers
- Monitor time-critical orders and relay information on any delays
- Gain product knowledge through training and development
- Provide support for customers with invoicing queries
Requirements:
