About the Hotel

This exciting new property boasts 250 guest rooms and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. Our client is poised to become a leader in Brighton's hospitality scene, and you'll play a key role in making that happen.


About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious revenue goals across rooms, conferences, and food & beverage. You'll lead a team of professionals and be responsible for everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and marketing team to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to target local and global corporate clients, meetings & events, and leisure travellers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Oversee the hotel's online presence and drive traffic to the website.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget.


Requirements

  • Prior experience within the hospitality industry is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a strategic mindset.
