Description
- Leading and managing the Customer Service team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Inputting sales orders/ quotes and enquiries both face to face
- Ensuring all dispatches are invoiced and allocated correctly
- Handling and allocation of all payments, including cash & Credit card lodgements from customers, and arranging bank / end of day reconciliation.
- Co-ordinating with colleagues on an ongoing basis to ensure outstanding uncollected product is managed and collected within a reasonable timeline.
- Management of the aged debt profile for trade counter customers to ensure credit terms adhered to
- Approval and issue of customer credits in a timely fashion
- Ad hoc & planned calls to and from customers with sales orders, quotes and enquiries
Profile
A successful Customer Service & Sales Team Leader should have:
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within the property industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software
