The role:

Corndel is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Operations Resourcing team as a Resourcing Manager. We are looking for a skilled Resourcing Manager to work directly with our Delivery Director- Resourcing and Director of Operational Resourcing to support in operational resource allocation, communication, planning, forecasting, and utilisation optimisation for our Operations Team. The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying Professional Development Expert (PDE) resource gaps, proposing utilisation opportunities and solutions, and maximising the use of PDE resource to support the needs of the growing sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of optimising resources to meet business objectives. Being able to work flexibly and under pressure is key to success in this role. Additionally, they will manage stakeholder collaborations to ensure the highest utilisation of operational resources and best outcomes for learners and clients. They will work collaboratively with PDEs, Ops leads, business development team members, the Learner events team and Compliance team to ensure the smooth onboarding of learners each month. This role is pivotal in continuing operational success at scale for Corndel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational resourcing
  • BIL returner allocation and planning
  • Learner transfer allocation
  • Handover learner caseloads
  • Late additions management
  • Monday.com resource system updates
  • Collaborate monthly with Delivery Director- Resourcing to finalise monthly resourcing strategies across all programmes.
  • Communication with PDEs, Delivery Directors, Ops Leads and Launch Events team for monthly allocations and resourcing changes/updates.
  • Works in partnership with Learner Facilitation team on the events planned for these programmes to manage all resourcing changes.
  • Support in generating monthly resourcing reports to align to monthly/quarterly forecasting requirements and trend analysis.
  • Maintenance and update of pipeline/resource data on monday.com
  • Engage in stakeholder communication and collaboration, encompassing Sales, ECC, DDs, and PDES.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving priority projects across operational resourcing.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes and systems to maximise operational resourcing performance.
  • Report and streamline information appropriately to Delivery Director- Resourcing, focusing on risk to the business and solutions.
