About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst to join our team at Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a key member of our ERP and New Systems team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Unit4 system to ensure it is robust, secure, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing the Unit4 system to ensure it meets the needs of our organization.
  • Responsibility for system changes and issue resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining a helpdesk functionality for end users.
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure the Unit4 system complements our financial and governance responsibilities.
  • Support the ERP Manager in establishing and maintaining processes and procedures to provide an effective and efficient service.
  • Assist in providing a comparison between New System requests and Unit4 functionality to enable informed decision making.
Requirements
  • Extensive Unit4 ERP experience including system administration and development.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management process and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate customer focus and adhere to governance policies and procedures.

This position can be based in Southampton or Liverpool. Our Southampton site is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points. The Liverpool centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
