About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Unit4 system to ensure it is robust, secure, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system changes and resolve issues
  • Assist in maintaining a helpdesk functionality for end users
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure the Unit4 system complements our financial and governance responsibilities
  • Support the ERP Manager in establishing and maintaining processes and procedures for effective and efficient service delivery
  • Provide a comparison between new system requests and Unit4 functionality to enable informed decision making
About You

We are looking for someone with extensive Unit4 ERP experience, including system administration and development. You will have knowledge of continuous improvement and project management processes and procedures. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will require strong organisational skills to manage multiple key deliverables, demonstrate customer focus, and have experience of adhering to governance policies and procedures.

Location

This position can be based in Southampton or Liverpool. Our Southampton site is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points. The Liverpool centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
