Resource Planning Manager - Hunter Bond

Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Senior Planning & Forecasting Manager to oversee the European Outsourced Contact Centre operation. As the Workforce Management (WFM) Lead, you will be responsible for accurate resource forecasting and planning, as well as monthly commercial reporting and forecasting. You'll also play a critical role in the organisation's annual planning cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency
  3. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  4. Manage and maintain WFM software and systems
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
