Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a Luxury Brand in their search for a VIP Sales Manager


This beautiful luxury womenswear label has become known in the industry as the epitome of modern femininity. The British brand offers both RTW and a bespoke couture. This position would be based in their West End flagship store, the successful candidate will report to the store Director.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, providing personalized service.
  • Drive revenue by setting and achieving VIP sales targets.
  • Organize high-end events like trunk shows, private showings, and exclusive client experiences to boost engagement.
  • Identify and attract new VIP clients through networking and referrals.
  • Deliver world-class service, anticipating client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Manage and train a small team, instilling luxury service standards and VIP sales techniques.
  • Act as a brand expert with deep knowledge of luxury products to guide VIP clients.
  • Track VIP sales, client acquisition, and satisfaction; manage CRM tools for client interactions.
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and operations for a seamless VIP experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to keep strategies competitive.


PROFILE

  • 3+ years in luxury retail with VIP sales and client relationship management is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Strong in sales and negotiation with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust with high-profile clients.
  • Experience in organizing luxury client events.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury fashion and bespoke services.
  • Familiar with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Skilled in handling challenging situations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate VIP clients.
