A fantastic opportunity for a driven Group HR Manager to join a successful international company, within the Events and Entertainment industry.  This is a newly created role where you can quickly add value, and really shape the people strategy. The role will be based at the company’s UK office, located in West London office with occasional travel to other European sites. Reporting to the CEO the Group HR Manager will be a pivotal role in the organisation and will involve you driving and shaping the People strategy, reviewing and refining processes as well as implementing new HR initiatives.

The purpose of the Group HR Manager will be to drive best practice throughout the company to review overall HR processes, systems, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance. You will guide and support the UK and German based teams across end-to-end HR including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, ER, plus payroll and admin processes. In addition, you will produce reports for the Senior Leadership Team to ensure informed decision making. There will be a requirement for occasional travel to the company’s offices in Hamburg, Dortmund and Munich to ensure employees remain motivated, engaged, and supported.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a HR Lead role.

In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.

Experience of fostering a dynamic and engaging workplace

Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases

Exceptional communication skills with ability to challenge

Proficiency in MS Office suite

The salary on offer is paying up to £60,000 depending on experience + performance bonus and additional benefits including staff parking.
