Supplies Co-ordinator

Location: Euxton Hall & Buckshaw Hospital

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Summary:

Euxton Hall Private Hospital is one of Lancashires leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65, M6 and M61 motorways.

The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room. The hospital specialises in orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip, knee replacement and upper limb surgery and offers rapid access to Breast Care services.

The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking Supplies Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. Duties include:
● Reporting to the Supplies Manager, the Supplies Co-ordinator role will cover all general supplies tasks including but not limited to:
● Creating stock orders
● Receipting goods and clearing VIM queues
● Delivering stock throughout the hospital
● Any other tasks as required by the Finance Manager or Supplies Manager
● Cross site cover might be required during busy periods or to cover holidays and other absence
● Previous supplies experience is desirable
● Professional and confident IT skills (experience of SAP would be advantageous)

What you’ll bring:

● A high level of physical fitness - essential due to moving and handling requirements

● The ability to control stock and perform basic stock ordering
