Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in East London, offering a hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices into the CRM system.
- Reconciling the credit cards and bank accounts.
- Maintaining the busy accounts payable inbox and answering supplier queries.
- Processing the weekly payment runs.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer will have:
- Experience working in an Accounts department, specialising in Accounts Payable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Experience using ‘Microsoft Dynamics 365’ and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
