As a Sales lead, you will help to develop new business, improve the client onboarding process, increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Your efforts will be instrumental in establishing and executing the strategy that will serve as the foundation of client-facing activities in the UK Geography.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 10 – 15 years of sales in IT/ITES Sectors.
- Understand Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing).
- A history of achievement/overachievement of sales targets.
- Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with senior leaders (Directors, VP’s and CXO’s) of leading organizations.
- Pricing negotiations – support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Manage the relationship with the client’s post contract closure to ensure that relationship remains on track.
- Build and manage relationships with leading Third-Party Advisors and the Analyst Community.
