The Job

Joining a Customer Success team as a Technical Support Specialist you will be act as the main point of contact between clients & the greater business. Supporting clients through onboarding, live support functions, client customisation, & relationship management.

  • Debugging & resolving client issues
  • Performing an in-hours triage function to achieve SLAs
  • Creating or maintaining technical documentation
  • Managing client expectations

The Skills

  • Experience constructing API requests (using Postman/ SoapUI etc), evaluating XML / JSON structures
  • Evaluating API product requirements & technical integration documentation
  • Proven history of account management or relationship building
  • Automate where possible (through Lean/Agile measures)
