You will be working in a National team dealing with internal employees and liaising with clients this is a very varied role with scope for development.
What does the role entail?
- Acting as the first point of contact for our audit managers across various locations on a day-to-day basis.
- Building relationships with our clients to obtain information and support them in open banking access
- Liaise with online and external providers
- Use modern digital platforms to obtain confirmations
- Delivering work to the highest quality.
- Respond to managers enquiries for requesting bank confirmations
- Reporting for monitoring and financial purposes
- Potential to develop training and writing guidance
