£20,000 - £23,000 per annum (Full time)
Part time/Flexible hours will be considered for the right applicant
Due to strong organic growth we are looking to enhance our client Support Team with the appointment of an experienced Administrator based in Oldbury.
Sarah Grace Mortgages Ltd are award winning mortgage advisers offering exceptional client service and specialist advice to our target clients who are, in the main, professional self-employed individuals. We are a small team and currently looking to appoint an additional administrator as an existing member of staff is to become a trainee mortgage adviser.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organise applicants documents, bank statements, credit reports, income evidence etc
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Manage and track cases through to completion
- Liase with lenders, solicitors, estate agents
- Provide administrative support to adviser/s
You must have the confidence and ability to deal with lenders, conveyancers and clients and be willing to get involved in a variety of work. Organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload are paramount, as is the ability to manage relationships and expectations at all levels. Previous experience in this type of environment is essential.
