The Customer Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve optimal results using their innovative e-commerce solutions. This role will be instrumental in managing customer relationships, driving growth, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to help clients enhance their ROI, identify new growth opportunities, and contribute directly to success in a fast-evolving market.

  • Drive Success & Growth: Meet and exceed growth, retention, and expansion targets across your client portfolio.
  • Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximise the value of the products and services on offer.
  • Leverage Data: Analyse customer data and usage patterns to recommend improvements that enhance performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Product, Sales, Marketing) to ensure customer needs are prioritised.
  • Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer within the company, influencing product development and strategy.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assist clients with seamless software adoption, delivering both on-site and virtual training.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance customer ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing customer data and tracking performance.
