Success is essential to the continuous retention and development of ParentPay Group business, now more than ever as we become the UK’s largest EdTech business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-orientated individual who loves to delight and exceed expectations. You will often be the first point of contact for inbound queries, along with providing support to the Customer Success Management team in your region and beyond.

In addition, you will be actively engaged in Customer meetings, events, marketing and activation campaigns.

**Accountabilities**
- Collaborate on initiatives taken within the department and throughout the organisation
- Supporting the Customer Success Managers within your region to meet team targets
- Performance metrics include
- Demonstrable support to CSMs
- Pro-active identification of new opportunities
- Reduction in churn for your region (team objective)
- Maximise upsell/cross sell opportunities
**Key Skills**
- 2 years experience within a customer facing telephone-based role
- Ability to demonstrate experience in understanding software solutions
- Well organised, ability to meet deadlines and use own initiative
- Proven ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
**Personal Attributes**
- Confident with outbound cold calling customers
- Excellent time management
- Patience and understanding of a school environment
- Ability to show empathy with customers
