This is a dual role in HR, supporting both the resourcing and L&D function in order to meet the broader objective of creating a diverse, high-performing workforce and an inclusive culture, supporting the organisation to prosper and grow.

As part of the recruitment team, you will support in delivering an effective and valued in-house recruitment service to hiring managers at The FA, as well as an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle including various recruitment coordination activities across vacancy posting, interview scheduling and system administration.

As part of the learning, development and engagement team, you will support in delivering a people-focused service to the business for the whole learner lifecycle. You will also support with delivering key engagement activities, from small projects through to all employee events. These activities will include scheduling of events/workshops, liaising with attendees, booking and managing venues and suppliers and acting as the contact for queries.

What will you be doing?

Resourcing and Talent

Provide regular but ad hoc recruitment support to the in-house team comprising of the Manager, Business Partner and Advisor across the full recruitment life cycle.
