Senior Talent Advisor

Publicis Media is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by driving talent strategies that deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners to deliver talent plans, build effective relationships with employees and managers, and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop coaching relationships with managers to enhance their capability in managing people and driving performance.
  • Provide expert advice and training to managers on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support Talent Partners with organizational restructures, TUPE processes, and redundancies, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and the business.
  • Work closely with Talent Operations to maintain and update policies and processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Contribute to talent initiatives and change projects, working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and drive business outcomes.
  • Support the coordination of salary reviews, collaborating with Talent Partners and Talent Operations to ensure current data is up to date and conducting benchmarking exercises.
  • Participate in engagement and retention initiatives, helping to embed change and positively impact our culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or a related field.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights.
