Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Social Media professional to lead the development and implementation of social media branding and campaign attraction strategies for our client's award-winning early talent function.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to brief and build campaigns, and build awareness of the firm's social media presence.
- Develop and implement strategies for graduate talent award submissions, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand values and messaging.
- Review and analyze marketing strategies, delivering reports to ensure the firm is targeting the right universities and schools.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure social media content is aligned with company values and promotes the business effectively.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, including content development and brand management.
- Manage media suppliers and lead on annual reviews.
- Create engaging digital content for publication on all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Brand Comms & Marketing, HR, and D&I teams to bring the EVP and brand narrative to life through social media.
- Attend on-campus events to promote the firm's brand and values.
- Experience in a similar role within a Professional Services or Law firm, or within a brand agency.
- Proven experience in campaign and project management.
- Expertise in all social media platforms.
- Experience in reporting and analysis, with the ability to decipher campaign data.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
