Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join our dynamic team at Publicis Groupe UK. As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Partners in delivering talent plans and building effective relationships with employees and managers across various departments.
  • Develop coaching relationships with managers to enhance their capability in managing people and driving business results.
  • Provide advice and training to managers on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support Talent Partners with organizational restructures, TUPE processes, and redundancies.
  • Work closely with Talent Operations to maintain and update policies and processes as per legislation.
  • Support consistent performance management approaches, including training on processes and tools, coaching managers, and ensuring standards are met across all departments.
  • Contribute to Talent initiatives and change projects as directed by Talent Partners, working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines.
  • Work with managers to ensure induction attendance, set and review probation objectives, conduct entrance interviews, and analyze new joiner feedback.
  • Conduct effective exit interviews, provide required feedback, and highlight concerns to Talent Partners, presenting quarterly analysis.
  • Assist in gathering talent mapping data and present it in the required format, understanding how this tool works effectively.
  • Support the coordination of salary reviews, collaborating with Talent Partners and Talent Operations to ensure current data is up to date and conducting benchmarking exercises.
  • Participate in engagement and retention initiatives, helping to embed change and positively impact our culture.
Requirements
  • Experience working effectively in a changing and fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.
  • Demonstrate continuous personal and professional development.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing employee data.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
