This unique Procurement opportunity will be supporting this well known Defence organisation on a 6 month contract at their base in Yeovil, with an immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the creation and/or update of the Procurement level 3 plan in Excel using data from various sources.
  • Work collaboratively with P&SC Bid Team to feedback changes in configuration, dramatic differences in PO values versus bid as well as keepting the PPS /PPM completely informed of these changes as well as impact to schedule.
  • Work with the Procurement Programme Specialists to identify items at risk which could be on a cost basis, or schedule, including obsolescence.
Requirements:
  • Ability to rapidly understand the company programs and organisation.
  • Experience of SAP or similar MRP system
  • Experienced user of MS Excel, who can use Pivots, VLookups and has understanding of formulas.
