Manfreight Limited are looking a skilled Accounts Administrator to aid with sales ledger function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the administrator will review jobs and input pricing and communicate regarding same with customer. They will ensure all invoices are produced on time and aid with the sales reporting function with the aim to support the overall Finance Team. Responsibilities: Oversee specific customer accounts and produce invoices and distribute to customers Correspond with customers regarding deliveries, PO Numbers and other associated information required Identify and address discrepancies with jobs, rates and other on occurrence Update all databases and spreadsheets related to sales ledger function Input data into the overall finance team reporting requirements Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and best practices Excellent time-management skills Capability to stay organized and maintain detailed records Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Basic arithmetic competency Excellent IT skills Preferred Qualifications: 2 years in a similar role Proficiency with SAGE accounting software or TMS software Advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in data entry Effective decision-making and problem-solving techniques Salary will depend on experience. This role could be suitable to a HLA student applying for the Accounting Technicians course with local regional colleges.
