The post holder will be responsible for processing purchase and sales invoices and providing general administration support to the Finance team.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of purchase and sales invoices through system led matching
- Dealing with supplier queries as they arise
- Request customer remittances and allocate customer cash
- Filing of invoices and other finance paperwork
- Preparing draft supplier payments
- Supporting other finance processes as required.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative position
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take direction.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

**Desirable**
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable desirable
