The Training Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with Operations to proactively plan the required training courses.
  • Work in conjunction and support the Technical Trainers at the training academies and report into the training coordination Manager to ensure the high level of training standards are always met.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling trainers, booking venues, and managing training materials and resources.
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and logistics to participants and ensure their participation and engagement throughout the training process.
  • Assist in the organisation of training materials, presentations, and online learning modules.
  • Maintain training records and databases, tracking attendance, training completion, and accreditations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate external training courses from the approved external provider list.
  • Provide administrative support for training-related activities, including processing training requests, managing training documentation, and providing regular training updates i.e. matrixes.
  • Timely registration of training accreditations to external awarding bodies i.e. Nops
  • Always Working in a professional manor in compliance with GDPR.
  • Coordination of training course recharge internally liaising with operations and training coordination Manager
  • Prepare the training paperwork and classrooms and greet the candidates to the training academy for internal training and support the technical trainers as required during the training.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to training and development.

What will you need:

  • Experience in training coordination in a similar role and industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, learning management systems (LMS), and other training software/tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing training records and documentation.
