Indeed, you could soon be playing an important role at the heart of a supportive and dynamic team that’s committed to helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

With a 125 year history, many of our processes need a refresh Through collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll help reduce key pain points for our staff and students. You will support the development of the process improvement maturity and approach for the university to ensure leaders, managers and staff are equipped to continuously improve our processes to make us more effective and bring greater value to our students. You’ll be part of and help develop a community of improvement champions that support and embed improvements to the benefit of the whole UEL community – these are just some facets of this rare opportunity.

To succeed, you will need proven experience in driving process improvements across a variety of functions. You will need the communication skills to lead process mapping workshops and produce accurate documentation such as process maps. It is key for this role that you build strong relationship with stakeholders and have the influence to contribute to the creation of a continuous improvement culture.
