One of our FTSE 250 clients is looking for a **Process Improvement Specialist** to assess the current bid management process and devise and embed a better process

**Role: Process Improvement Specialist - Bid Management**

**Contract: 3months**

**Day Rate: £500-£550pd Inside IR35**

**Location: London (Hybrid role, with one day a week in the office), limited travel to Manchester 1-2 times a month.**

The hiring manager describes the role as:
"A critical role to assess the current Bid Management process and design a new, more efficient process for the business to handle bids. This role requires a meticulous individual with excellent organisational skills due to an ambiguous environment withinan immature bid management process."

**Key Requirements**:

- **Demonstrable experience as a Process Improvement Specialist with exposure to a bid management process preferable**:

- Strong technical background with a full understanding of where tech can be used within a business process
- Designed process improvements on an operating business process
- A proven track record of communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess current process and redesign a more efficient bid management process
- Work with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery across strict timelines
- Responsible for **managing project budgets**, key timelines and milestones

This is a**3 month contract outside IR35**, with travel to their London office once a week, and limited travel to Manchester once or twice a month.
