**Process Improvement Consultant - this role is working for the NHS (hybrid after the first 8-12 weeks) - this role is with the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust**

For the first 8-10 weeks you will be required to be on site (SE5 8AZ), after which it will be 2 days/week working from home, 3 days/week on site.

This is a 4-6 months assignment

Pay is £28.23/hr + holiday pay (25 days per annum pro rata) + pension (after 3 months service). Also, the role is PAYE (so you don't pay Employers NI from your income)

The role is working as part of the wider IT Service Management team.

There are currently lots of inefficiencies around varying processes and this role will be investigating current practice, and making recommendations for how improvements / efficiencies can be made.

Some examples of the sort of thing you will be looking at:
Mobile phone ordering system process

Sim card activation process

Procurement process

Experience of working as a Process Improvement Consultant in an IT department (or similar) will be helpful, but is not a pre-requirement of the role.

The key thing is that your CV clearly shows recent experience in Process Improvement.
