Process Transformation Consultant (Process Improvement)
Rate - £550 a day
Duration - 3 months Initially
Location - London (on-site twice a week)
Ir35 - Outside
Deliverables
- Identify opportunities and develop recommendations to holistically improve the end to end customer journey and associated casework handling processes.
- Use data and insight to assess current pain-points and understand the size of the opportunity, creating a prioritised backlog of transformation and continuous improvement activities
- Engage with SMEs across the organisation to validate pain-points and develop process recommendations, that will work together to improve the end to end experience
- Develop the themes and strategic case for change, creating a 360 view of the transformation opportunity, and scoping the resourcing required to mobilise them
Minimum criteria
- You will be highly motivated, a self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude and being capable of working independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a digital mindset and an interest in customer experience
- You'll have a track record of successful delivery within projects or programmes working alongside other parties.
- You will have an interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement
- Experience in process transformation improvement or consulting
- The ability to understand business processes and operations and identify improvements to drive operational efficiency
- A logical, analytical, and structured thinker with strong relationship management and influencing skills - often influencing senior stakeholder groups.
- Analysing and presenting complex processes and data in a logical, structured, and compelling manner
- Managing (senior consultant) and/or delivering (consultant) operations transformation/continuous improvement projects or streams of work
- Managing (senior consultant) and/or delivering (consultant) in small to medium sized teams to deliver tangible positive outcomes
Desirable criteria
- Understanding and/or experience of Business Analysis techniques
- Experience in contact centre / casework environments
