Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and provide technical expertise.
  • Scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, sales, and marketing teams to leverage the platform effectively.


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) usage, including data models, integrations, and automations.
  • Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and Campaign Builder.
  • Ability to configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model).
  • Familiarity with data import and working with customer and platform data.
  • Developer abilities for building integrations and personalized experiences using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript12.


Desirable Abilities:

  • Presentable and client-facing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project and change management.
