Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Steadman Brown. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in the development, customisation, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customise and optimise Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Create and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, implementing them as appropriate.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with Pardot experience being preferable.
  • Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
