Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in the development, customisation, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance our business processes. Your expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, will be crucial in driving our digital transformation and ensuring seamless integration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customise and optimise Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Create and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, implementing them as appropriate.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with Pardot experience being preferable.
  • Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
