Job Title: Salesforce CRM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems (New). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to enhance client's CRM functionality and improve their user experience within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
  • Design and develop Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and workflows
  • Integrate Salesforce with business applications and systems
  • Test, debug, and maintain custom development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms and APIs
  • Active in the Salesforce community
