Their platform helps organisations streamline operations, improve collaboration, and manage their end-to-end client lifecycle more efficiently.With strong momentum across the UK, they are expanding their Professional Services function to support new customer implementations and ongoing solution adoption.Role OverviewAs a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful implementations of the company’s SaaS platform for clients across the UK. You’ll work closely with customers to understand requirements, configure workflows, support data and integration needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.This role blends technical configuration, data work, and functional consulting with hands-on client delivery. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys varied implementation work in a high-growth, collaborative environment.Professional Services Consultant – Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end client implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-launch support. • Configure platform modules, workflows, and financial or operational features based on client requirements. • Manage data migration and integration tasks, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with customer processes. • Translate business needs into effective system configurations and best-practice workflows. • Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to deliver an exceptional implementation experience. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and helping refine delivery methodologies.Professional Services Consultant – Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or supporting SaaS platforms. • Strong understanding of operational, workflow, or financial processes in a business setting. • Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, or integrations (SQL experience beneficial but not essential). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience within LegalTech, Practice Management, or Case Management software is an advantage, but applications from candidates across other software sectors and consulting backgrounds are very welcome.
