About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and technically minded Technology Consultant to join our clients Professional Services Team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with clients and our internal teams to manage a pipeline of new professional service opportunities - shaping tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

You'll collaborate with Project Management, on boarding, and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver solutions across cloud migrations, secure remote working, office setups, and more. If you thrive on problem-solving, relationship-building, and seeing ideas through from concept to completion, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, client-focused

environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full professional services lifecycle - from proposal to delivery sign-off.
  • Respond to client and internal requests, maintaining a steady and well-balanced project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design and implement technical solutions that address complex business needs.
  • Allocate resources strategically across the team to optimise productivity and delivery.
  • Work proactively to expand our professional services portfolio and uncover new opportunities.

Experienced Required

  • Proven experience in technical solution design and project planning.
  • Strong ability to manage vendors and third-party partners.
  • Confident in client communication and proposal development.
  • Strong experience working across Infrastructure & Migration Projects - including Entra ID AD Migrations, O365 Migrations
  • A proactive, results-driven mind-set and exceptional attention to detail.
