Who We're Looking For

We're hiring Consultants with
1–2 years of hands-on CDD experience
. You'll already understand the fundamentals of a commercial due diligence process and be confident contributing to market sizing, competitive analysis, customer insights and broader commercial assessments. You'll bring curiosity, analytical strength and the ambition to grow in a PE-focused environment.

What You'll Do


• Contribute to core CDD workstreams such as market sizing, competitor analysis, customer insights and commercial assessments


• Run structured research and financial or market analysis, turning findings into clear, concise inputs for client materials


• Produce well-written slides and report sections with supportive oversight


• Support project coordination including data gathering, scheduling and stakeholder updates


• Work closely with Directors and Engagement Managers to deliver commercially robust outputs


• Take part in internal initiatives, analytics development and knowledge sharing


• Build early exposure to the PE deal cycle and how investors make decisions

Key Skills and Experience


•
1–2 years of direct CDD experience
in strategy consulting, transaction advisory or PE advisory


• Strong academic background with clear analytical capability


• Ability to structure problems, work through ambiguity and present clear conclusions


• Confident communicator who can engage well with team members and clients


• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Collaborative, pragmatic and motivated by learning and progression


• No sector specialism required (excluding healthcare and life sciences)

Additional Info

Most clients are London-based with some travel depending on project needs. The team offers fast progression, close senior exposure and a more sustainable working model than many larger advisory firms.
