We are looking for a skilled and experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our team. You will be involved in numerous consultancy projects ranging from implementations, upgrades, data migration and training. You will be providing presales support such as conducting demos to assist with winning new customers and expanding our services to existing ones. You will be dealing directly with customers on a regular basis, capturing business requirements, creating training materials as well as delivering training, and creating documents as part of a handover to the Support Team.

**What you will do**:

- Support the Sales team in providing tailored demos and joining technical calls as part of presales activities
- Capture and provide comprehensive documents of the customer requirements for assigned projects ready for the Implementation Consultant to pick up and configure
- Create training materials and conduct tailored training sessions for assigned projects
- Providing support to the Implementation Team ensuring all project documentation is current and up to date
- Providing timely feedback to the Implementation Team and clients
- Communicating with all parties involved in the implementation process
- Analyse and improve existing processes as well as create new ones for business efficiency
- Growing relationships and building credibility with clients
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 3 years of experience in this field
- Deadline oriented and able to multitask
- Technical knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Software suite
- Ability to problem-solve
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Teamwork, willingness to learn and to knowledge-share
- Ability to capture and translate complex business requirements
- Put together documentation for completion of each implementation
- Customer facing activities like end user and sys admin training
- Pre-Sales support such as demo

**The following are desirable criteria**:

- Experience in setting up and administering online learning tools
- Degree in computer science (or equivalent field of study)
- Technical knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
- Experience in using Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in virtualisation
