Job Title: Professional Services Consultant

Department & Team: Professional Services

In the role as PS consultant you are part of a team of experts. You will be working and consulting with our clients in a land and expand motion and will be responsible for implementing and delivering on the Experience as a service strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities include consulting and implementing Genesys next-generation customer experience platform and solutions. This includes requirements gathering designing and implementing best practice solutions based on blueprints and use case standards.

Minimum Requirements:

- 8years consulting experience
- Good verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in the English language and in an additional European language (desirable)
- Proven knowledge of CX methodology from a vendor perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.
- Cloud based API knowledge
- Basic development skills
