The Technical Consultant is a key delivery role within Asite’s Customer Solutions team, responsible for implementing and configuring Asite’s platform to meet the unique needs of regional clients. You will ensure smooth onboarding, successful integrations, and rapid time-to-value—enabling clients to realise the full potential of Asite’s solutions in the context of digital construction and information management.This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on configuration skills, and a deep understanding of AEC workflows, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and ISO-compliant information structures. You will act as the bridge between project delivery, account teams, and client stakeholders, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with industry best practices.Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Implementation:Configure and implement Asite platform features, including workflows, forms, permissions, and data structures.Deliver standard onboarding and integration projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).Support data migration, API integrations, and system interoperability with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, BIM, document management systems).Produce high-quality technical documentation, configuration guides, and client handover materials.Client Engagement & Collaboration:Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Support Account Consultants and Customer Success Managers with technical queries and solution enhancements.Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and provide technical insight.Industry Alignment & Best PracticeApply knowledge of construction and asset lifecycle workflows to tailor platform configurations.Ensure solutions support information governance, auditability, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS EN 17412).Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable configuration templates based on industry use cases.Measures of Success:On-time, in-scope delivery of implementation projects.Client satisfaction (CSAT) at go-live and post-implementation.Reduction in time-to-value and support escalations.Quality and completeness of technical documentation and handovers.Skills & Experience Essential:3+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or professional services.Hands-on experience configuring enterprise platforms or CDEs.Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and integration delivery.Strong understanding of construction project workflows, document control, and asset information management.Desirable:Experience with Asite or similar platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud).Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and structured data environments.Exposure to scripting, automation, or low-code configuration tools.Experience working with clients in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.Behaviours & Attributes Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivery excellence.Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Progression to Senior Technical Consultant, with opportunities to lead complex implementations, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to global delivery standards.
