Are resultsdriven and understand what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals.

Work duty manager shifts as and when required

Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House is a picturesque boutique hotel that occupies three buildings two of which 19th century manor houses bursting with character. The hotel is newly refurbished with a dcor based on Oxford style vintage fashion.

Set amongst 3 acres of private gardens and only 2 miles from Oxford city centre Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is a beautiful country manor in the picturesque village of Iffley. A total of 77 rooms all ensuite are divided between two buildings each with an entirely different character.

Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand.

  • Experience in a similar role or Supervisor role with 23 years experience
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and training skills
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to multitask work well in stressful & highpressure situations
  • A team player & builder
  • A motivator & selfstarter
  • Wellpresented and professionally groomed at all times
