This full-time, permanent role will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a crucial part in maintaining a smooth office environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with office supplies and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a well-presented individual who is confident in a professional office environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role is preferred but not essential.
