Compass Corporate Services are working with a leading, luxury provider of elderly, nursing, residential and dementia care with a Luxury Care Home in Nottingham.Job RoleThis is a commercial role focused on leading and working collaboratively with the team and local and senior management to generate enquiries, drive growth and exceed occupancy targetsResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Operations, Home and Marketing teams and contribute to the development, integration and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the care home 84 beds.:

> ensure the customer journey from initial enquiry is an exemplary one, to increase conversion opportunity> ensure that the external business development is targeted and effective> promote their care home effectivelyPerson SpecificationExperienceProven track record in a sales role within the healthcare sectorDemonstrable commercial acumenCare home sales and/or marketing experience
