CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are collaborating with a distinguished organization in the digital and print sector seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance their sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on inquiries and exploring new business opportunities, engaging with various stakeholders involved in projects to finalize sales, while fostering robust relationships to ensure ongoing orders and business growth. This position is ideal for individuals with a background as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Representative, Telesales Consultant, New Business Development Consultant, or similar roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing relationships with Major Accounts within the organization
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's structure, identifying potential contacts and decision-makers, and maintaining regular communication
  • Spotting opportunities for additional sales
  • Following up on proposals
  • Preparing sales proposals for Major Accounts
  • Addressing client inquiries and coordinating with team members to ensure prompt responses


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Representative, Telesales Consultant, New Business Development Consultant, or similar
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated individual
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different clients
  • Proficient in computer applications
