Business Development Opportunity

Cherry Professional - Relationship Led Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our client's team in Nottingham.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing B2B accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing B2B accounts to deliver annual growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and canvassing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person follow-ups
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and attend events
  • A go-getter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
