Cherry Professional - Relationship Led Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our client's team in Nottingham.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing B2B accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts to deliver annual growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and canvassing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and attend events
- A go-getter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
