About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BSE - Business Support Experts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic networking, client engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust referral network with accountants and business introducers to expand our reach
  • Attend conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase our business to potential clients and partners
  • Generate leads, build valuable new relationships, and maximise referrals through strategic networking and client engagement
  • Proactively book and attend meetings to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Skilled sales professional with expertise in converting leads into lasting business opportunities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a field-based role
