This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and three from home and the salary is up to £40,000.


Requirements:

  • Solid HR Operations experience (4+ years’)
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively
  • High attention to detail


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Provide performance management support, ensuring timely performance reviews and addressing training and development needs.
  • Assist with promotion processes and salary reviews.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, benefits, and flexible working applications.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
