We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, embodying a customer-first approach. This role encompasses handling customer queries, technical support, after-sales across both B2B and B2C channels, focusing on fostering relationships to drive company objectives and ensure a superior customer experience.
We are a collective of six luxury interior brands, each with a special role to play, and two manufacturing brands (Anstey Wallpaper Company and Standfast & Barracks). At Sanderson Design Group we are Sanderson, Morris & Co., Zoffany, Harlequin, Clarke & Clarke, Scion and Archive and our purpose is ‘to bring the beautiful into people’s homes and lives’.
Responsibilities
Delivering a World-Class, Customer-Centric Journey:
Ensure each step of the customer journey is meticulously designed and executed to meet individual needs and exceed expectations, fostering a seamless and memorable experience that cultivates loyalty and positions us as the first choice for our customers.
Telephone Webchat & Email Support:
Answer all interactions promptly, offering a professional service to internal and external customers. Manage all enquiries, ensuring information is processed accurately.
Order & Customer Management:
Ensure timely order processing, whilst maintaining accurate system information, and build robust relationships with our customers. Assist with after-sales service, including fault resolution and claims management.
Telesales & Product Expertise:
Engage with potential and existing customers to thoroughly understand their needs. Gain & utilize an in-depth knowledge of our products and ranges to suggest add-ons or alternatives, enhancing the customer's purchase experience and preventing potential loss of sales.

Customer satisfaction
No of interactions handled per day
Time taken per interaction
Accuracy of all orders and sample entries to an agreed standard
Experience & Skills
Minimum GCSE’s including English and Maths and/or equivalent
Experience in telesales and working in a high-volume Call Centre environment
Proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B context
Customer service experience within a related industry
Technical understanding or interest in our products
Strong IT skills, familiarity with ERP systems, CRM, and proficiency in MS Office
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
