Exciting Opportunity: HR Coordinator

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for the role of HR Coordinator based at their Head Office in Carlisle. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the evolving HR Business Partner model within the Group providing a pivotal role in HR operations.


As an HR Coordinator you will play an essential role in supporting HR Business Partners with various HR systems administration tasks primarily focusing on absence and probation review processes. Additionally you will be involved in recruitment and onboarding activities including Right to Work and DBS checks employee relations casework and other HRrelated initiatives as needed. While the role is primarily officebased there may be occasional travel to other sites as required.


Key responsibilities:

Support HR Business Partners with HR systems administration particularly in managing absence and probation review processes.

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including conducting Right to Work and DBS checks.

Provide support for employee relations casework.

Contribute to various HRrelated initiatives and projects.

Travel to other sites as necessary to support HR activities.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an HR support role.

CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.

Strong IT skills and experience with HR systems.

A full driving license and access to your own transport.

A proactive approach with a desire to stay busy and productive in a varied and challenging

Qualifications: Previous experience in an HR support role. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. Strong IT skills and experience with HR systems.
