About the role:

As an Onboarding Manager, you'll be based within our high performing Commercial department helping support our dealer network. Leading a team of 7 Onboarding Executives, your primary focus will be to uphold best practices within the Onboarding team, fostering a culture of empowerment while striving to achieve company KPIs. At the heart of our operations, the onboarding team serves as a vital link, ensuring our dealers experience seamless integration of our products and services. Essential to the success of an Onboarding Team Lead is a candidate who has strong communication skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 Onboarding Executives, creating a collaborative and high performing team environment.
  • Conduct regular individual performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback in 1:1 to support team members in their professional development.
  • Manage and streamline the onboarding process for clients in early lifecycle, across all tiers, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to onboarding
  • Generate and present comprehensive reports on onboarding metrics, including timelines and blockers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements and resource allocation
  • Closely monitor high-risk accounts during the onboarding phase, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to minimise cancellations
  • Identify areas of improvement within the onboarding process through data analysis and team collaboration. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, driving towards a seamless client onboarding experience.
